Three sorts of question, and three different places they should go.
Orders, delivery and refunds
Order matters are entirely for BuyGoods and the manufacturer. We write about joints; we have no order system, no sight of any shipment, and no means of refunding anyone.
Look on your order confirmation and the checkout page for how to reach them. Keep the order number and the date of arrival to hand. Given that thirty days of use are required inside a sixty-day window, a refund raised early has far more room than one raised at the deadline.
Corrections to this site
Point out anything inaccurate and we will revisit it. There is one thing we would value above everything else: a readable photograph of the Supplement Facts panel from a recently purchased bottle. That would resolve the label question outright, in whichever direction the evidence falls.

Allergen questions belong with the manufacturer
On shellfish the two documents flatly disagree, which leaves no published source anyone can rely on. We will not speculate about a safety question. Put it to the manufacturer, insist on a written answer, and hold off entirely if your allergy is a serious one.
Symptoms that need a doctor rather than a supplement
- A joint that is hot, red or visibly swollen, particularly a single joint with a fever
- Morning stiffness that lasts longer than an hour
- Joint pain alongside fever, a rash, or weight loss you cannot explain
- Pain that wakes you at night, or is present when you are resting
- Sudden severe pain in one joint, or being unable to put weight on it
- Joint symptoms in a child
Each of those points somewhere other than ordinary wear — towards inflammatory arthritis, gout, or infection in the joint. Septic arthritis needs attention the same day; the damage it does is measured in days, not months.
