What Each Ingredient Does in a Joint
Three ingredients, assessed by a single question: does this plausibly affect something that is actually going wrong inside a worn joint?

The advertising describes a six-ingredient glucosamine formula. Five of those six are not on the Supplement Facts panel. Our joint health guide sets out every discrepancy.

The dose picture
Curcuminoids are the active worth counting. The standardised extract gives 28.5 mg; the 4:1 extract adds an unstated amount. Call it 35 to 40 mg, generously.
Trials in knee osteoarthritis use 500 to 1,500 mg daily. Forskolin content cannot be calculated at all, because no standardisation percentage is printed.
Gelatin capsule — not vegetarian or vegan, and unmentioned in the advertising.
Three Ingredients
Turmeric & Curcuminoids
Targets synovial inflammationThe inflamed joint lining is a real target and curcumin genuinely interferes with the signalling that drives it. The problem is quantity, not concept.
What it does in a joint →Coleus Forskohlii
No established joint roleRaises a general intracellular messenger. Its research history is in eye pressure and airway muscle. Nothing connects it meaningfully to cartilage, synovium or bone.
What it does in a joint →BioPerine® Black Pepper
Delivery, not actionDoes nothing in the joint itself. Its job is getting the curcumin as far as the bloodstream, and it does that job well.
What it does in a joint →The Five That Are Not on the Panel
Glucosamine and chondroitin. Both are building blocks found naturally in cartilage, which is the intuitive appeal — eat the raw material, rebuild the tissue. Unfortunately biology does not work that simply, and the evidence reflects that. The NIH-funded GAIT trial in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2006, with around 1,600 participants, found neither reduced knee pain significantly against placebo overall. European trials of glucosamine sulfate have been more positive than North American ones of the hydrochloride form. Contested, safe, and not on this panel.
Boswellia. Acts on the 5-lipoxygenase inflammatory pathway — a genuinely relevant target for an inflamed synovium, with some reasonable osteoarthritis trials. Absent.
MSM. A sulfur compound with several small positive osteoarthritis trials. Absent.
Bromelain. A pineapple enzyme with anti-inflammatory research. Absent.
If these are why you were interested
Each is available as a clearly labelled single-ingredient product, usually cheaper, and with an amount you can actually read. Buying this formula in the hope of getting them would be a mistake.

Pricing, and What to Settle First
Exercise, weight and a proper diagnosis come before any capsule. If those are already in hand and you want to try this as an addition, the pricing page carries the current totals, the figures that conflict, and the interactions to check.
